Advocate-Sexual Assault
Under the direct supervision of the Family Services Program Director, the Sexual Assault Advocate works with survivors of sexual assault to provide supportive and impactful services.
Job Description
Part Time Position (up to 15 hours/week plus on-call)
Starting Hourly Wage $15-$17
Sick and Vacation Time Available
Duties & Responsibilities
General oversight of the Agency’s sexual assault program
Program coordination with local hospitals
Assists client with attaining goals and safety planning (TPO application, VOCP applications, local funding applications, and appropriate resources and referrals)
Assist in compiling statistical and narrative reports as requested.
Qualifications
High school Diploma/GED required.
Competency in Google based systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) preferred.
40 hours of Victims Assistance Training (VAT) within 30 days of employment
